In these uncertain and extraordinary times, the way we work has been called to change. Employers are contributing to the reduction of COVID-19 virus contamination risks by encouraging their employees to work remotely.  But for many people leaders – from all levels - this is uncharted territory.  How do I make sure the job gets done?  How do I keep the team engaged without proximity? How do I encourage collaboration under these virtual circumstances?  Communication, mindset and managerial techniques will need to adapt to this new reality.  To do so, I offer a virtual, interactive digital remote leadership training session designed to respond to these new managerial needs.  And I do so by adapting to your organizational reality and tools.  French & English training sessions available.
