Significant Tech Talent Shortage in North America
In a tight labor market driven by tech talent, it’s a dog-eat-dog world and companies are struggling to attract and retain top tech candidates to drive their business forward. According to an iCIMS report (2019), the average recruitment process of tech roles takes 66 days to fill. Yet, strong candidates only remain on the market for about 10.
Because this need has strongly been felt by most of my clients, my professional services are now dedicated to creating a unique way to attract and retain this scarce tech talents. I help them design and launch an appropriate strategy that alleviates the talent shortage of specific tech segments.
